At Abhinaya, our work is rooted in the belief that youth are the driving force for meaningful change. We channel their energy, creativity, and leadership into three key areas — Environment, Education, and Economy — ensuring our impact is both holistic and sustainable. Through our work in Environment, Education, and Economy, Abhinaya broadens its impact across the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals — specifically Goals 4, 5, 6, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 — driving quality education, gender equality, sustainable communities, responsible consumption, climate action, and the protection of life on land and below water.”

Environment

We empower young people to take active roles in protecting and restoring our planet. Through education, advocacy, and hands-on initiatives, we foster an environmentally conscious generation that acts locally while thinking globally. Our approach combines large-scale forums with grassroots action, ensuring that environmental awareness translates into real, lasting change.

IEFA (International Environment Forum and Action)

Our flagship environmental initiative, IEFA brings together youth leaders, experts, and organizations in a collaborative platform to exchange knowledge, design solutions, and launch impactful projects. It hosts international forums, thematic workshops, and coordinated action campaigns that connect local movements to global environmental agendas.

Youth Regular Action

A community-driven initiative for regular, accessible, and collaborative environmental activities. These actions — from tree planting and clean-ups to awareness drives — happen more frequently and organically, encouraging youth to take consistent, small steps toward a greener world.

Education

We believe that quality education goes beyond classrooms — it’s about equipping young people with the mindset, skills, and confidence to lead change. Abhinaya’s education programs combine leadership training, mentorship, and grassroots initiatives to foster a generation that learns by doing and grows by leading.

Ngide Dulu Leadership Lab

A 6-month experiential leadership lab where students take charge of running their own short-term organizations. With weekly mentoring and the freedom to design their own initiatives, participants learn by leading, solving challenges, and spreading awareness through meaningful programs.

Impact Mentoring

A targeted mentoring program connecting senior high school and university students with leaders, professionals, and changemakers. Delivered in either one-on-one or group formats, Impact Mentoring bridges the gap between ambition and action through guidance, skill development, and real-world perspectives.

YES (Youth Edu Start)

An accessible, community-led educational action program designed to happen frequently and organically. From small workshops to collaborative study sessions, YES encourages youth to share knowledge, build skills, and create learning spaces in their communities.

Economy

We nurture entrepreneurial spirit and economic resilience among youth by equipping them with practical skills, business mindset, and access to real opportunities. Abhinaya’s economic programs are built on the idea that youth can be more than job seekers — they can be changemakers, creators, and contributors to a sustainable economy.

IgnitePreneur

A signature program that accelerates entrepreneurial capacity through hands-on simulations, real business cases, mentoring, and pitch showcases. IgnitePreneur empowers youth to experience the full cycle of starting, running, and growing a venture — turning ideas into sustainable impact.

Youth Eco Move

A casual, community-first initiative that promotes economic literacy, soft-skill building, and collaboration through workshops, group challenges, and market-based actions. Youth Eco Move makes entrepreneurship accessible, fun, and habit-forming.
